Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with tags still attached. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding specific products, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please begin by returning the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange for.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
